Crisp collaborates with LOCO BC each year to create a strategy for its annual BC Buy Local Week. The campaign encourages British Columbians to choose local over shopping at big box stores – particularly important in recent pandemic years.

Strategic Video Content and Campaign Management

The primary campaign objective is to connect local businesses’ promotional efforts with the larger BC Buy Local movement to garner greater media attention. Of course, this also includes getting as many British Columbians as possible to shop locally and reinforce their loyalty to local businesses, with another intention being to improve local government support for small and local businesses.

To do this, we collaborate with LOCO BC on campaign ideas and approach, produce video ads, and strategically manage the ad campaign target to maximize reach and engagement across social media.

Produced nine videos to address community partners and sponsor levels, plus convey key messaging.

Facebook campaign

Launched a Facebook campaign that maximized video views, plus incorporated retargeting to encourage site traffic.

2023’s campaign was expanded to include more consistent postings on major purchasing holidays, as well as a new campaign aimed at a B2B audience.

Results
The annual campaign results are always something to be proud of, with high engagement that promises a significant, lasting impact on communities, local businesses, and the BC economy.
